Voter Registration

Voter registration applications may be picked up at any County library or voter registration office in the Commonwealth. You may also request that a mail-in voter registration application be sent to your home by calling (804) 365-6080; by sending an e-mail request or by downloading it from our site HERE or a Federal application from the Federal Election Commission site: http://www.fec.gov/votregis/pdf/nvra.pdf

. You should request this application no later than ten days before the registration deadline. The deadline for applying to vote in the Tuesday, February 12, 2008 Dual Party Presidential Primary Election is Tuesday, January 15, 2008. All voter registration applications received after the deadline will be processed beginning February 13, 2008. Photo copies of Faxes of the completed Virginia voter registration application will not be accepted, however a WEB downloaded application and completed and signed will be accepted.
