The Hanover County Registrar's
Office Web Page is designed to operate equally well under Netscape

features downloadable forms and sign-up forms. Certain legal
requirements will limit services we may provide on this site.
We offer live election results on election night, downloadable change
of address, absentee application forms and current election information.
Displayable sample ballots for the ES&S M-100 Optical Scan Machines
will be included approximately 45 days before any election.
